Zach

Zach is a 1 1/2 year old male Chihuahua that came in as a stray from a back country road. It took him a little bit to realize he was now safe, and we will never understand how an owner can dump a defenseless little 9 lb Chihuahua out to defend himself. Not only was he subject to road hazards, but was nothing more than coyote or hawk bait. But of course, being a Chihuahua, he may have scared the coyotes! He seems to do fine with other dogs but also does very well on his own. He would like a fenced area to explore and go potty but should be fine on a leash.
