Rules and Guidelines
1. ALL contest submissions must be entered through this form.
2. Please only submit 1 photo per pet. Multiple pets from the same family may be entered as long as each pet has only 1 photo. To enter multiple pets, please fill out the form for each pet - i.e., if your family has 2 dogs and 1 cat, you may have 3 total submissions.
3. For this year, the contest is open only to those that have adopted their pet(s) from us - The Humane Society of Preble County. Doesn't matter when - 3 days ago or 10 years ago! If your beloved pet has passed but you have a picture you'd like to submit, please do so. They will absolutely still be considered! There is a place included on the entry form to indicate this.
4. Photos must be of pets only - no humans!
5. Photos must not show any pets being harmed.
6. By entering this contest, you agree to the following: You certify that your photo submission is your own property and that ALL photos submitted for consideration of this contest will be allowed to be used by the Humane Society of Preble County, Inc. in future promotional avenues, both printed and digital, such as for our newsletter, Facebook page, Instagram, website, etc.
7. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone once they have been selected.
